The truth is more awful. I didn't kill him I didn't trade him for power I just used his limited time to use him as bait to kill witches and accumulate power and I told myself it was to be powerful enough to heal and protect him from death but I got so addicted to it in the end I'm not even sure if it was really for him or just for me and all that power did nothing he died in his sleep in my arms and I didn't even wake up I just found his corpse in my arms and then I kept using his memory to kill witches

I think it’s okay if Hugh and Mads don’t like the fandom. I think this year has seen the most “new” Hannibal content in ages and they were excited at first but because the fandom is so old and experiencing a new boom of popularity that it has created a new beast. When the show was airing the fandom was still as unhinged online as it is now but irl it wasn’t nearly as large at panels. Now the online behaviour is leaking into real life interactions with fans, crowds are bigger and they are uncomfortable by it. I think that Hugh has always been uncomfortable with the lengths people pushed Hannigram (as in literally making them gay and not just have a weird tension filled slightly romantic bromance) and I think Mads just doesn’t have the patience for it anymore and neither of them owe us their comfort. I do blame the fans because I refuse to get angry and waste my energy being angry at these two men for not liking their own fandom. It’s happened before and it will happen again, fans are not always chill or normal (I say this as a fan! Hugh’s face is literally my pfp! I’m parasocial asf!)
Hopefully if they really don’t like the panel experience of this year that they stop attending them because I feel the resentment will only get worse and it will make the fandom more toxic. It’s our job as fans to check ourselves and be aware of our more toxic tendencies.
To conclude, it’s okay to separate the art from the actors. They are only a piece of a much larger picture!

I will actually never forgive the x men for villianizing baby Scott for choices his older self made but forgiving Jean entirely despite her older self making those exact same mistakes.
Why does Jean get to be a martyr, but Scott will only ever be remembered as a Monster?

This is gonna sound like a hot take, and as much as I'm a fan of Stolas, I hope that all the issues that have surfaced so far are addressed.
What I mean with this is the fact that Stolas has yet to apologize for how he treated Blitz during S1 for being an Imp (as unintentional as it was due to his upbringing) and in general, and while yes, he is realizing that he has done wrong by Blitz and gave him a way to get out of their deal and power imbalanced situationship, he hasn't explicitly apologized, and I'm hoping now that after what happened in the last two episodes is a signal to him having a character development and as Blitz said "Help on that little privileged attitude".
I'm just tired of people saying "The show is babying him, and he's become an -uwu- boy that hasn't done anything wrong" when he is essentially starting to realize that his decisions have consequences on the people he loves and hopefully is on the journey of becoming more self-aware.

So the Entity had its favorites on both sides. Dwight, the first proper Survivor, and then Kenneth for a while. At least until Danny came along and started showing off his creative methods of fucking with the Survivors during Trials. Seasoning that fear and despair with that extra helping of good stuff, ya know?
Anyway the main point.
You know on the flip side of that, the Entity had to have a least favorite. Someone it looked at and silently questioned, 'Why the fuck did I pick you up again?' Not outright hate, mind you. Just, like, a mild disinterest. Boredom. A kind of 'ooh shiny new toy annnnnnd I'm over it. Into the back of the closet to collect dust with you' kind of dislike.
Anyway, in this essay I'll go into absolutely no detail or depth on my thought process as to why I think it was Freddy and Quentin.

So I finally started the main story and saw Caleb’s immaculate entrance, but after the initial introduction with MC I can 100% understand why many people are deeply uncomfortable with the realism infold brought to Caleb’s character.
I am the first to stand up and say I love manipulative, greedy, possessive, obsessively in love men. My history and ao3 is littered with them, but this was a different level and I think it’s because of how realistically infold portrayed the emotionally abusive and manipulative behavior Caleb initially exhibits. As a DV survivor, this definitely should’ve had some trigger warnings imo (without spoilers of course), because I was unprepared and had to take a break after their initial scenes due to how it made me feel. It’s been a while since a character has made me feel nauseous as I feel I’m largely unfazed by the majority of darker themes and archetypes.
My hat is off to infold because I’m not even finished with the story and Caleb had me visibly recoiling from the screen and yelling at MC to run. His initial impression and personality is so polarizing and insincere, but I love it because it means there’s more complexity there to unravel. I just wasn’t prepared for how accurate it would be to how real life abusers are, and that was jarring. I look forward to seeing how Caleb and MC develop, though, and can’t wait to see how things turn out in the story.

Xenoblade X fans got left on the worst cliffhanger of all time for ten years straight just to be told to play The Entire Game Again so they can finally maybe potentially get closure with a story expansion on a new system

I want to talk about this "mentality" thing once and for all cause charles Fans (and Oscar fans too) bring this up again and again. First of all not all drivers have the exact same personality so it's understandable that they react differently in similar situations. Max used to be criticised cause he wasn't as flashy as Hamilton. Now Lando is being criticised for either celebrating too much or too little. George is sometimes made fun of because of the way he reacts to his achievements while Oscar is often praised for not being "too reactive". YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY'RE VERY DIFFERENT PEOPLE.
Now to address this tweet, a lecfosi is criticising Carlos for thanking his team after an ok race while praising Charles for not saying anything (which I don't even think is true, he did say something but this ferrari news account is famous for misinformation)
First of all, ferrari shat in qualifying...not mincing my words here. Both drivers suffered, both made mistakes and they landed on 9th and 10th. So after that their priority would be to finish in points and that's exactly what they did. Carlos had to struggle a bit more because of the bad start but he made a good recovery. He understands that this race could have gone so much worse for them so after finishing the race unharmed and with points, thanking his team and the mechanics for repairing the car in time is the least he could do as a driver. I don't wanna go into too much detail about Charles but in my very personal opinion not thanking your team (IF he really didn't) after a job well done doesn't make you look like a champion, it makes you look like a passive aggressive whiney bitch but that's just me. So please stop with this "championship mentality" bullshit cause it means nothing.

Might get hate but the only reason people love Lyra so far is cuz people can insert themselves into a relationship with Grayson. (Despite the fact their relationship isn’t yet confirmed and interactions are limited)
I would also go far into saying this is also the same case for people who shipped/ships averygrayson. Where very few people actually cared about Avery’s actual feelings towards him but just wanted to ship her with grayson to satisfy their crushes on him lmaoo. 🤷‍♀️
ps, I made a similar draft very long ago even before lyra’s name was revealed so I’ve always had this theory

Look, I have to speak the truth:
Nate Mann as Rosie Rosenthal: So fucking hot I want to die. Want to sit on his face until I wear that moustache OFF.
Nate Mann in literally anything else: Which third-tier boyband were you in before you transitioned to acting?

First of all, I want to warn you that I do not hate Helaena. She definitely seems more well-mannered and polite than her brothers, plus Helaena tamed Dreamfire at the age of eleven (I like Dreamfire). Although, on the other hand, she has practically no personality. We know she was kind, not as showy as most Targaryens, and loved her children. But personally, I get the impression that GRRM created Helaena for the same purpose as Aemma Arryn, as a walking womb for her husband. He created her, and then didn’t know what to do with her. It's a miracle that Helaena didn't die during childbirth.
I've seen a lot of black fans say that since Helaena was a decent person, she should have taken the children and flown away on a dragon to warn Rhaenyra about the usurpation. I do not agree with this opinion. Alicent and her sons were scum, but they were still closer to Helaena than her half-sister, with whom they seemed not to be close. It was safer for Helaena to stay with her children and her family than to rely on luck.
But I also don’t see Helaena as a holy victim who was brought to Aegon’s coronation by force and forced to take part in the usurpation. At that time, even before Blood and Cheese, Helaena was winning quite a lot, certainly more than Aemond and Daeron. Helaena became queen, Jaehaerys was supposed to be the next prince of Dragonstone, Jaehaera, if betrothed to her twin, would be the next queen.
Why doesn't anyone think that Helaena might have her own ambitions too? Yes, she is much more restrained in expressing her desires and is not as rude as her mother and brothers. But you must admit, at the very beginning, even before Luke’s death, the Greens hoped that the war could still be prevented and did not think that it would come to mass deaths. Helaena could potentially have wanted to become queen at a time when everyone was hoping the matter could be resolved without bloodshed.
But this is just my theory, since GRRM has not written much about Helaena's personality and we can only build our theories about what kind of person she was. But in my opinion, if GRRM had written at least one paragraph about Helaena’s personality, it wouldn’t have gotten worse, and some of the ambitions would have even made the princess more interesting.
